eco++ takes part to the Sette Green Awards 2013 competition in the category “Invenzione – Prodotti e idee che hanno migliorato la tutela ambientale” (Invention: Products and ideas that have improved environmental protection).
SETTE GREEN AWARDS 2013 is a competition organised by Sette Corriere della Sera, Conai (National Packaging Consortium) and the energy company E.ON, who have joined together to support those who, with their ideas and projects, have contributed in a tangible manner to environmental protection in 2013. The aim of the Green Awards is to grant due credit and visibility to those who have had the foresight to give priority to environmental protection and the sustainable use of resources.
To this end, 7 categories have been created that best distinguish the green initiatives implemented.
Users of the web site corriere.it will be able to state their preferences for the best proposals.
A jury composed of journalists, technicians and experts – which will also take into account the preferences expressed by the users – will select the 7 best ideas (one per category) from the proposals received and uploaded onto the corriere.it web site.
On 22 November 2013 the winners will be announced. Their names will be published on the Sette Corriere della Sera web page (www.corriere.it/sette).
The seven projects selected will be awarded a sculpture exclusively designed by Fabio Novembre, expressly created for the Sette Green Awards. The prizes will be assigned on 2 December 2013 at the Triennale Design Museum of Milan (Viale Alemagna, 6 Milan).
